Instead: Choose music that uplifts – classical music, praise music, or those with uplifting messages. Choose sound with soul. Words with weight. Rhythm with reason.

Every symbol is a like spell. Ego-driven brands make you want what you don’t need, just to impress people who don’t care. This keeps you irrational, insecure, and easy to manipulate. Name-brand consumerism thrives on an artificial inversion of the self, externalizing identity into objects, status symbols, and social approval metrics. When self-worth is projected onto branded objects, the your identify is distorted. Greed functions like a recursive distortion loop: it amplifies lack by seeking external fulfillment, which can never resolve the original dissonance.   • Sex – there is healthy loving sex, and unhealthy addictions – learn the difference.

Instead: Look for opportunities for yourself and your social times that bring your more balance, more health, and more joy. Joining a gym, a book club, a gardening group, or take up hobbies like painting, drawing, journaling. Ask yourself, “Does this action bring me more joy or more pain?” If you want more beauty in life, make better choices.

😩 7. Whining, Complaining & Victim Mindset

Every complaint is a rehearsal of defeat. Your words either build you up—or prophesy your downfall. It’s an externalization of inner dissonance that relinquishes and collapses your consciousness. Instead of trust, you choose blame. Without transmutation, you sabotage your frequency, your field, your pattern. Instead of coherence, you radiate discord.
